All reported prices are GST inclusive, so there is no more to pay.
Is there a delay in the shipment of the goods?
Your order is dispatched within 48 hours. In the instance that we can not deliver on this promise, you will be notified immediately.
Your products are competitively priced, are they seconds or used?
All our products are new and undamaged. Our prices are competitive for we are healthcare practitioners, not retailers and hence we always endeavor to get the best possible price for our clients.

Can I purchase my items in a way other then by credit card?
If you would rather not pay by credit card, feel free to send us a cheque and we will still send out your products as soon as possible. Please do not send cash.

If unsure call or email us and we can give you our bank account deatils for you to do a direct deposit (BPay) into the account or we can organise over the phone payment. These methods of payment also ensure immediate dispatch of your purchase. These options of payment are outlined when you proceed to the end of check out.
What if I want to return my purchase? What is your refund and return policy?

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products (within 30 days from receipt of goods), and wish to return an item (i.e. the product is not appropriate / the product is faulty or damaged during delivery), we will happily provide an exchange or refund on the product, as long as the product is returned in as-new condition. Due to health and hygiene reasons if certain products such as pillows are used we will not be able to accept them back. Carefully consider your product purchase before making use of it. Refunds apply to the total cost of the product.
What if I don't get better or don't notice health improvemnent?
CAUTION: Take action, your health is your responsibilty and is of most importantance.There are some conditions that will not respond to conservative, non-invasive treatment. Individuals with serious, underlying injuries or illness should not postpone proper medical treatment in such conditions. If symptoms persists, if other symptoms appear and when in doubt, consult your physician. If in doubt post your concerns to us, what we can do to help we shall do.
