Most suitable if you are under 1.80m (6ft) in height and predominantly sleep on your side. This is the size suitable for most men and women of average build unless you almost always sleep on your back (see Low Profile).
The Spinaleze™ Pillow has been specifically designed and constructed to promote correct head, neck and shoulder support and comfort during the whole night. The distance between the shoulder tip and the cervical spine is important when determining the correct pillow height if you sleep on your side most of the time. If you are tall and/or broad shouldered, then you need a higher pillow if you lie on your side. If you sleep on your back almost all of the time, then the height of the pillow is not as relevant and the Low Profile pillow will probably suit you best.
All Spinaleze™ pillows are made from a visco-elastic memory material that allows the head and neck to mould comfortably into it, working with the spine rather than against it. Unique grooves on the top and bottom surface of your Spinaleze™ pillow allow air to circulate, while the carefully designed neck recess encourages you to stay in the best position to achieve a good night’s sleep and a pain-free day.
The superior stress-relieving composition of the material, together with its unique design, assist in the comfort and support of the head and neck. The specially designed corrugations across the top surface of the pillow cradle the neck joints while allowing free flow of air around the neck. The bottom surface of the pillow also allows for constant circulation of air for better sleeping. Each SpinalezeTM pillow comes with a hygienic 100% cotton cover and will fit into a standard pillowcase.
